Telemed Visit

What you need

SMART mobile device and a good internet connection, please specify if you plan to use a computer so we can send the correct link

What will happen

  1. You will be sent an appointment link via SMS text to set up a video telemed visit.

  2. You will first enter any critical patient information, so that our provider can access your charts.

  3. After you have entered your information, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. Your provider will join you shortly.

What if something goes wrong and we can’t connect

It is likely your provider will try to call you by phone. If you receive a call from a blocked number, please answer immediately. This is likely the Bella team trying to get in touch with you.

Will I be billed for Telemed

Yes. After-hour telemed visits will be billed to insurance or invoiced for payment just like regular appointments.
