Family Medicine | Chief Medical Officer | Delivering Provider

Dr. Hodack is the Chief Medical Officer and head of Family Medicine at Bella Health + Wellness. She received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University (Go, Rams!), and attended medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine (Go Bluejays!). Dr. Hodack did her residency training at North Colorado Family Medicine in Greeley, Colorado, and worked at Sunrise Community Health Center for 4 years before joining the Bella team in 2016.

Dr. Hodack views her job as a mission to serve every patient with love and dignity. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and loves the wide variety of patients she sees across the lifespan. She especially enjoys caring for pediatric patients, well women, addressing hormone concerns, and helping families navigate the challenges of parenthood.

Dr. Hodack has been married to her husband, Troy, since 2013. They have four children: Lucy, Finn, Clare and Jack. She is originally from Buena Vista, Colorado, and loves reading, running, swimming, and traveling.
