Bella’s Functional Medicine efforts are led by Family Medicine and Certified Functional Medicine Physician, Dani Urcuyo, MD, IFMCP. Dr. Dani offers a unique approach to the discipline - integrating the best of traditional medicine with evidence-based holistic care.

Bella’s functional medicine membership invites individuals into exclusive wellness opportunities and benefits including:

  • Initial in-depth investigation to understand your life history from before you were born until current day. Our team will explore genetics, diet, lifestyle and environmental exposures which could be impacting your health.

  • Ongoing management and navigation of care with longer appointment times based on your unique needs.

  • Access to advanced testing such as genetic, hormone, gut health and toxin exposures. (Cost of labs not included. Please check with your insurance for any out-of-pocket costs.)

  • Personalized wellness plan with recommendations for lifestyle, diet, and supplements

  • Messaging and support from our wellness team to walk with you in your wellness journey.

  • Wellness discounts including 10% off supplements, IV therapy, hormone replacement, medical weight loss, botox, and peptides through Bella.

Membership Costs

For those using insurance for their regular visits:

  • This is a one-time program membership fee, plus a maintenance fee of $425 each year thereafter.

  • This is a one-time payment of $475 with monthly payments of $97. You are free to discontinue at any time!
