Dede Chism, co-founder and CEO of Bella Health + Wellness, has a profound commitment to women's dignity cultivated through her extensive nursing career. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Perinatal Nurse Practitioner from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where her expertise in high-risk pregnancies has flourished for over 28 years.

Beyond her clinical work, Dede is deeply engaged in advancing life-affirming healthcare, serving on multiple boards nationwide. As a passionate speaker, she traverses the country, captivating audiences young and old, inspiring them to discover joy and compassion in an imperfect world.

In her role as CEO, Dede lends her expertise as a consultant to numerous organizations across the United States and beyond, guiding them in the pursuit of life-affirming healthcare for their communities.

Outside of her work, Dede finds joy in her 45-year marriage to her husband Ken. Together they have three grown children, their spouses, and 11 grandchildren. With a love for whiskey and chocolate, they embrace adventure, whether it's through hiking and fishing, reading a good book, or enjoying God’s majestic beauty from mountains to seas.
