Family Medicine

Carl White is a Family Nurse Practitioner. He attended The University of Northern Colorado for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He started as a Nurse Practitioner in 2020 at St. Luke’s Medical Clinic, focusing on chronic disease management and men’s health. 

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Carl had six years of experience primarily in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine at North Colorado Medical Center. 

He is currently serving in the Air Force with an Aeromedical Evacuation unit.

Carl and his wife have a growing family with three young children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and camping.
