Anna is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she first discovered her passion for working with pediatric patients. She then felt called to become a nurse practitioner, and completed her master’s in nursing at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, with a specialty in pediatrics. Anna completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in advanced practice nursing from the University of Colorado, with her doctoral project to improve communication with Spanish-speaking patients and caregivers.

Anna has been working in pediatrics since 2012, in a variety of different settings, and has been practicing as a pediatric nurse practitioner since 2016. Before working at Bella, Anna specialized in pulmonary medicine as an inpatient nurse practitioner at Children’s Hospital Colorado, working with acute and chronically ill children.

Anna enjoys partnering with parents to provide care for children of all ages and backgrounds. She strives to provide the education and support needed to optimize the health of all children and to provide dignified health care to each patient she meets, regardless of medical diagnosis.

In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family, making pottery, being active, skiing, and enjoying the Colorado sunshine!
