RN, BSN Chief Clinical Officer

Amber is the Chief Clinical Officer at Bella Health + Wellness. She has dedicated her career to making a difference in healthcare, through dignified care and clinical excellence.

Graduating from an accelerated nursing program in 2012, Amber honed her skills in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Swedish Medical Center. She found purpose in providing comfort and support to patients and their families during their most challenging moments. 

Transitioning into a leadership role, Amber assumed the position of Nurse Manager at Bella, where she helped shape the clinical team and foster a culture of collaboration. In her current role, Amber oversees nurses and medical assistants, ensuring seamless patient care. With a focus on driving quality initiatives and elevating clinical standards, she continues to spearhead transformative change within the organization.

Outside of work, Amber finds fulfillment in her family. She has been married for 17 years and is a proud parent to five children. She finds peace in nature and feeling the sunshine on her face! You can find her playing tennis, hiking, or reading a good book (paperback only, of course).
